Colour Cubes privacy policy
Prepared from the current project and verified service configuration. Unresolved release, retention and children’s privacy details are marked below. This is not yet the live policy for the store releases.

Who we are
This draft covers Colour Cubes for iOS and Android, developed and published by Dream Big Entertainment Ltd. It is separate from Forgot AI and FOUND. For support or privacy questions, contact contact@dreambigentertainment.co.uk. The developer's published Google Play contact address is 4th Floor Office, 205 Regent Street, London W1B 4HB, United Kingdom.
Game progress and leaderboards
The current game stores progress, saved boards, scores, settings and profile preferences on your device. Microsoft Azure PlayFab provides player accounts and online leaderboards. The game signs in using a device-associated identifier and can create a pseudonymous player account. It sends score statistics, your chosen display name and a country code to PlayFab. The code also supports a profile/avatar identifier; the current interface does not offer a photo upload. Your display name, leaderboard score and rank can be visible to other players. The current leaderboard sign-in does not require an email address or password.
Country detection and network information
When no country code is saved, the current game contacts api.country.is to infer a country from the connection's IP address. That provider receives the network request and IP address. The game saves the returned country code and permits a player-entered country code. This is not a request for GPS permission. PlayFab, Google and other service endpoints also receive network information when the game connects to them.
Advertising and measurement
Colour Cubes integrates Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) for advertising, including interstitial and voluntarily selected rewarded adverts in the current implementation. Banners are disabled in the audited configuration. Advertising services may process advertising or app identifiers, IP address and approximate location, device and operating-system information, ad requests and interactions, and diagnostic information to deliver and measure adverts, detect invalid activity and improve reliability. The exact information available depends on platform, permissions, consent, SDK version and serving configuration. The game handles ad-impression and impression-revenue callbacks for diagnostics. These callbacks do not mean that we receive your payment-card details.
Personalisation, consent and privacy choices
Personalised adverts may use information about interests or previous activity where permitted. Non-personalised adverts do not use the same interest-based personalisation, but can still involve identifiers, storage and processing for delivery, measurement, frequency control or fraud prevention. Non-personalised does not mean no data is processed. The current source integrates Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP), checks consent eligibility before requesting adverts and includes a Privacy Options entry in settings. The European message still needs to be published and verified in AdMob before the next release. We cannot yet confirm that all currently installed store versions present the updated controls.
UK, EEA and Switzerland
The release configuration must request any consent required for advertising-related storage, access and personalisation in the UK, European Economic Area and Switzerland. Google-certified consent messaging is planned through AdMob and UMP. Where privacy options are available, users can revisit them in the game settings and change their choices. Consent withdrawal affects future processing; it does not automatically remove previously stored leaderboard records. Review required before publication: confirm the final published message, vendors and regional behaviour on both platforms.
iOS and Android device choices
On iOS, Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission determines whether apps may access the advertising identifier for tracking where applicable. Declining tracking does not necessarily prevent contextual or limited advertising. The current advertising build configuration must be checked on a real iOS device before this draft describes a tracking prompt as live. On Android, advertising-ID settings are available in the device's privacy or advertising controls. The exact menu varies by Android version. These device settings are separate from the game's leaderboard and consent preferences.
Service providers and transfers
Verified services in the current source include Google AdMob and UMP, Microsoft Azure PlayFab, and country.is for country lookup. Service providers and advertising partners can process information on infrastructure outside your country. The final policy must identify the active mediation vendors and applicable international-transfer arrangements after account configuration is reviewed. Google explains its advertising use at Google Advertising Privacy and its wider processing at Google Privacy Policy. Microsoft explains its practices at Microsoft Privacy Statement. Clicking an advert opens a third party whose own policy applies.
Your rights and contacting us
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict personal information, object to certain processing, receive portable information, and withdraw consent. Contact the email above with “Colour Cubes privacy” in the subject and sufficient information to identify your account, such as display name and player identifier if known. Please do not send passwords. We will need to confirm the identity of the requester before disclosing or deleting account information. UK users can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office; other users can contact their relevant supervisory authority. Review required: confirm the account-identification and PlayFab deletion procedure before publication; this draft does not promise an automated in-game deletion control.
Retention, deletion and security
Local game information is stored in the app's device storage. Clearing that data can remove local progress; uninstall and backup behaviour can vary by platform. Removing local data does not itself delete a PlayFab account or historical leaderboard data. No configured automatic PlayFab account-retention period or deletion workflow has been verified. Google and other providers retain information under their own policies and contractual arrangements. Review required: establish the publisher's retention schedule, service-provider retention and a working account-deletion process. No specific deletion deadline is asserted here. Network services in the audited source use HTTPS, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Children
Colour Cubes is intended for a general audience and is not designed specifically for children. Some children may nevertheless play it. A store age rating is a content rating and does not establish that consent or advertising rules for children are satisfied. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate. Review required: confirm the declared store target-age groups, any age screen, and child-directed and under-age-of-consent advertising configuration. The current source does not establish a verified age-screening flow.
Policy version and updates
Draft prepared on 11 October 2026. This draft is awaiting publisher review and is not an effective published policy. An effective date will be added only when the approved policy is published. We will update the policy when the game or its data practices change, and show the revised date here.
